Preheat oven: Preheat your oven to 175°C (350°F). Grease a 9×13-inch baking pan.
Prepare the crust: In a medium bowl, combine the dry cake mix, melted butter, and egg. Stir until smooth and well blended. Press the batter evenly into the bottom of the prepared baking pan.

Prepare the sticky layer: Beat the cream cheese in a separate large bowl until smooth. Add the beaten eggs and beat for a few minutes. Gradually add the powdered sugar and beat well.

Assemble: Pour the sticky layer evenly over the prepared base.
Bake in a preheated oven for 25 to 30 minutes, or until cooked through. Do not overbake.
Cool: Allow the bars to cool completely in the pan before cutting them into squares.
